Stara Cukrownia Jawor offers worker accommodation and employee housing located in a historic building at ul. Starojaworska 104b in Jawor, Poland. We provide fully equipped apartments for short- and long-term rental — comfortable lodging for employees of companies operating near Jawor, Mercedes-Benz and the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone.

We offer competitive prices for worker accommodation in Jawor — the rate per whole apartment decreases progressively for longer stays. With 4 workers per apartment, the cost per person is as low as 45–80 PLN gross per night. Apartments are fully equipped: kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi — no hidden costs.

Yes — our apartments are comfortable, fully equipped flats (approx. 51–53 m²), not hotel rooms. Each apartment has separate bedrooms, a living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Ideal comfortable accommodation for workers who value privacy and independence — perfect for teams staying weeks or months.

We offer 2 fully equipped apartments — each for 3–4 people, up to 8 beds in total. You can rent one or both at the same time. If you need more space for a larger team, contact us and we'll help coordinate accommodation.

The apartments are approx. 500 m from the Mercedes-Benz Jawor factory, right next to the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone (WSSE). Walking distance is about 7 minutes.

Our offer is primarily aimed at companies — B2B rental for employers housing their employees or subcontractors. We are flexible and negotiate terms individually.

The minimum rental period is 3 nights.

Yes — we use a progressive pricing model: the daily rate decreases with the length of stay. Example brackets: 3–6 nights 320 PLN, 7–14 nights 300 PLN, 15–21 nights 260 PLN, 22–28 nights 240 PLN, 29–36 nights 220 PLN, 37–43 nights 200 PLN, 44+ nights 180 PLN per whole apartment per night. Yes, we issue VAT invoices. The VAT rate depends on the tenant's status and the type of agreement — standard 23%, with 8% possible for qualifying long-term rental contracts. Details are agreed individually.

We do not charge a cash deposit. Security is handled via a card pre-authorisation (block) on the tenant's payment card. The block is released after the rental ends without issues. In case of damage, the card is charged for the actual repair or cleaning costs.

Each apartment has a house rules notice with a QR code. Simply scan the code with your phone, enter the apartment number, category and description of the fault — the report reaches us immediately. For urgent matters: tel. +48 609 890 170.

You can book via the form on our website or contact us by phone or email. We accept bank transfer and BLIK payments. After confirming your booking, we issue a proforma invoice or advance invoice.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. On-demand cleaning during the stay is available for 250 PLN net (307.50 PLN gross) per visit. Each visit includes:

• Linen and towel change and laundering
• Mopping and vacuuming all floors
• Bathroom cleaning and disinfection
• Kitchen cleaning (worktops, sink, appliances)
• Taking out rubbish
• Tidying common areas

Other scope — to be agreed individually.

Fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, full set of dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, and a table with chairs — the apartments are fully equipped for self-catering from day one.

Shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, washing machine, clothes dryer and a full set of towels — everything on-site, no need to look for a laundromat.

Bedrooms: beds with mattresses, full bedding and pillows, wardrobe or fitted storage, bedside lamp. Living room: sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, shelving unit — a shared space to relax after work.

Yes — the living room has a Smart TV with cable television. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, unlimited, included in the rental price.

Yes, free parking for cars and vans is available with no space limit. Parking for heavy vehicles (lorries) is arranged individually.

Keeping animals in the apartment requires prior written consent from the owner. Contact us before booking if this applies to your team.

No — smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the staircase. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in designated areas.

The bin shelter is located outside the building — opposite the Kwartet Jawor wholesale store (black shelter). The shelter has colour-coded bins for sorting: yellow (plastic and metal), blue (paper), green (glass), black/grey (residual waste). Please sort your waste — it is required by the house rules and by law.

The building is cleaned by a professional cleaning company, but we care about all residents feeling comfortable here. Please do not smoke or drink alcohol at the building entrance — it is a shared space used by everyone. Sound carries easily on the staircase, so please keep quiet at night. These small things make a big difference — thank you for mutual respect.
